Taxes

Worldwide income of American citizens is generally subject to U.S. income tax. The American Citizen Services Unit has some IRS forms and publications for your use. The Unit staff cannot, however, offer tax advice. The IRS Website offers comprehensive information on tax matters. Of particular interest to overseas Americans is its Frequently Asked Questions section for Overseas Filers.
