Visas to Kyrgyz Republic

All travelers to Kyrgyz Republic need a valid passport and Kyrgyz visa to enter and exit the country. The telephone and address list of Kyrgyz Embassies worldwide is available in the Consular Section Bishkek or from the List of Overseas Diplomatic Missions of Kyrgyz Republic of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs. 

American citizens can also obtain Kyrgyz visas at the airport upon arrival for a cost of U.S. $80, though such visas are single entry with one month validity and are not extendable.  If obtaining a visa at the airport, the passport must have at least six months of validity remaining and have at least one full blank passport page.
