Passports

Please schedule an appointment with the Consular Section for any of the passport services.

For minors, we require that the applicant and both parents are present at the time of application (parents should bring their own passports). Please read about the special passport requirements for minor children and what to do if one of the parents cannot be present at the time of the application.

First Time Issuance

Fees (USD):

• Applicants age 16 and over - $100
• Applicants under age 16 - $85

Documents required for passport issuance:

1. Form DS-11 (Passport Application)
2. Photo id
3. Birth or naturalization certificate
4. Two passport size photos

Renewal

Fees (USD):

• Applicants age 16 and over expiring passport was issued before 16th birthday - $100
• Applicants age 16 and over expiring passport was issued after 16th birthday - $75
• Applicants under age 16 - $85
• Lost, stolen or mutilated passports - $100

Please use form DS-82 for renewal of an expiring passport issued after 16th birthday or form DS-11 for renewal of an expiring passport issued before 16th birthday or for renewal of a lost or stolen passport.

Documents required for renewal of an expiring passport:

1. Form DS-82 if passport was issued after 16th birthday
2. Form DS-11 if passport was issued before 16th birthday
3. Expiring passport
4. Two passport size photos

Documents required for renewal of lost or stolen passport:

1. Copy of passport if possible
2. Photo id
3. Birht or naturalization certificate
4. Two passport size photos

Additional new pages 

Additional pages can be added to your valid passport for no fee.
Please use form DS-4085  to apply for additional passport pages.
Document requirements: valid passport. Please note that additional pages cannot be added more than three times to one passport.
