Exchange Programs

The U.S. Government sponsors  various educational, academic and professionals exchange programs.  These programs seek to promote the free exchange of information and ideas, thus increasing mutual understanding between the citizens of the United States and Kyrgyzstan.

The Public Affairs Section administers the following exchange programs:

• Fulbright Foreign Research Scholarship Fellow Program (PHD level)

• International Visitor Leadership Program

• Hubert Humphrey Fellowship Program (at least 5 years professional experience)

  Cochrane Fellowship
