Electronic Welcome Kit for Official Visitors

Upon arrival, all visitors, regardless of length of stay, must bring to the HR Unit or forward with their control officer the following documents: 

  • Passport or copies of passport pages containing the biographic data, visas, and the last page.
  • Completed DS-3064 Form - Foreign Service Emergency Locator Information.  
  • RSO Security Briefing Form is to be completed and returned to RSO. 

Each visitor should receive a “TDY Letter” from the HR Unit to present it to local authorities when appropriate.
